Terms and Conditions

Before you use this site, please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using our site, you indicate acceptance of our terms and conditions and will abide by them. All orders are subject to these conditions. Any variation will only apply if agreed in writing by Flaya.

Prices

All prices include VAT and are subject to variation without notice.

Payment Options

Online: You can place your order using our secure online shop. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch / Maestro cards as well as Paypal and Square. All online payments are processed via Paypal or Square.
By Post: If you do not wish to order online, we accept cheques made payable to Flaya GB. A printable Flava order form is available here.
All payments will be cleared through our bank before goods are dispatched.

Security

All online payments are processed via Paypal or Square. Before being asked for your credit or debit card information you will be transferred to the secure server of Paypal or Square. We do not store card information on our site or offline.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email you submit with your online order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk / spam folder.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered (a replacement product may be offered).
We do not deliver to your area or country.
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed online at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

Delivery of Goods

We aim for you to receive your order within fourteen working days. This is subject to seasonal variation. Risk of damage or loss pass to you on delivery.
Parcels are normally sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail recorded delivery and require a signature upon delivery. On occasions a third party courier may deliver your parcel. We are unable to accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.
Due to the nature of our product your order may have to be split into two or more parcels.
We can deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.
Postage and packing costs are added at the checkout stage.

Returns and Refunds

Please note that, as we use natural floral extracts and essential oils in our products, there may be variation in the colour of our perfume from batch to batch. This does not affect the quality of the product but is a natural variation in plant and flower harvests.
Our products should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
We recommend you try a 10ml perfume before selecting the larger 30ml bottles.
Please contact us in writing if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You have fourteen days after receiving your order to inform us of an exchange or refund. Unless an item is faulty or damaged, we regret that return postage is not paid and is at your own expense and risk. We suggest, therefore, you return goods via a recorded delivery service. Goods must be returned in an unopened package. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us immediately. To receive a refund or replacement goods must be returned unopened and unused within fourteen days of receipt of goods to:

Please include a copy of the original invoice, note of explanation and proof of return postage and cost. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so we recommend sending the parcel using a recorded service.
